With the tenant vacating the property and all the major internal works commencing. A site visit from Lawtech now indicated a change in the agreed Scaffold Stageing. We called Kingsnorth Scaffolding to come tomorrow to make these new changes

The tenant removed all her small items and white goods with the exception of the washing machine.
The true extent of the works is to be seen after to kitchen is
pulled out and lounge cleared.
It is noticed today u
pon removal of the kitchen tiles that the walls are in a poor state and in the kitchen area there is minimal to no wall insulation.
Although we had asked the tenant to leave all her belongs stacked in each bedroom this proved to be a huge problem. We had to get some extra operatives over to site at the end of today to remove everything into a locked store, as all the floors under the carpets had been over boarded and would be unable to gain access as previously thought.
