Due to the continual delays caused by Lawtech, our main concerns now lie with the winter weather conditions which are now upon us. If the project had been completed on the completion date as specified by Lawtech we would literally be home and dry! We are also worried what will happen now with the finish should it get wet. The renderers have been told to steam ahead even though they too have the same concerns with what may happen.By this stage, the day had crept on with no progress at all, the sub, sub-contractors were still struggling with trying to attach the Tarpaulins and the wind & rain kept coming. It was decided that we would try and continue tomorrow weather permitting. The subcontractors were staying locally so we arranged to meet on site in the morning to discuss a way forward as the forecast was not great.
